Having personally navigated the ups and downs of weight management, hormonal shifts, and busy life seasons, we know firsthand that feeling good in your skin isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about confidence, vitality, and health.

Meet Misti, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Founder & Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Hi! I’m Misti—a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience specializing in behavioral health. I also have a lifelong love for all things health, wellness, and beauty!

My passion for this work is deeply personal. Having struggled with my weight from childhood all the way through adulthood, I know how frustrating, emotional, and overwhelming the path can be. I don't just understand the clinical side of weight loss and hormone balancing; I understand the human side.

My journey to get here wasn't a straight line. For 15 years, I was a single mom of four, juggling multiple part-time jobs while working my way through graduate school to achieve my dream of practicing as a PMHNP. Today, I’m blessed with an incredible husband and a wonderful blended family of eleven children and three grandkids—yes, I’m a proud Gigi!

When I’m not caring for my clients or family, you’ll find me embracing "la pura vida"—living life with gratitude, joy, and purpose.
